When you do a poor job showing homes, you can be sure next weekend they are working with a different realtor – if you haven't managed to take them out of the market all together.

Never underestimate the power of your words and actions.

Taking your time and being thorough in the Needs Development step allows you to efficiently proceed through all the next steps.

Every house you pick should meet at least some of the criteria they have given you.And tell them why you chose that house.

I'm going to show you four homes today.

This first one I think you'll like because it has ________.

The second one is completely different, but it has _________________, which is what you told me was very important to you both.

The third one is in a location that's much closer to your job.

Etc.

I'm anxious to get your feedback on these homes so I can understand more specifically what you like and what you don't like, and how you are prioritizing these criteria in your mind.
